We've received rave reviews. You will too!

These are the wonderful comments we've received
from just a few of our more recent clients.

Dear Karen and Randy,

Oh my, where have the past two weeks gone????? In any event, I wanted to drop you a brief note to tell you how very pleased we were with the food and service you gave us at our Annual Dinner. We heard nothing but rave reviews for both the quality and quantity of the food. The ONLY (and I do mean only) thing we'd want to change was have more than one carving station as there was a bottleneck. We all heard from people that night and later on, as well as people who didn't attend the event was how good the food was. How nice the servers were, etc.

I'd also like to thank you for your generous donation of the hors d'oeveres party. I'm already fielding questions from folks if that item or something similar from you will be in the auction next year.

With the quality of the food and service you provided, my only question is .... what do we do to outdo ourselves next year???? Next year's dinner will again be on the first Friday of February at the conference center, and we'll look forward to seeing you then, if not before.

Thank you again so much for your hard work and help in making this our best dinner ever!

From the Washington State Association of Counties
(October 5, 2005)

Dear Karen,

Our association had the pleasure of hosting our 99th annual conference at the Hilton Vancouver Washington the week of September 19th.

On Thursday evening you hosted our reception and banquet at the Pearson Air Museum and I have to compliment you highly on the wonderful evening. Our members very much enjoyed the venue and what I heard that evening and mostly the next day were raves about the fantastic food and presentation. It is often difficult to serve that many people and have the food taste as fresh as if it was prepared for just a few. You accomplished this. The famous layered red pepper and pesto torta was also a huge draw; you couldn't get near the table.

I have to share with you that last week one of our members was in the office and the first thing he said to me was how much he enjoyed the excellent food at the Air Museum. He said it was the best he had ever eaten at any banquet!

From our entire Association, thank you and thanks to every one of your staff who helped to set up, cook and serve. It truly was outstanding and I will look forward to hosting another event with you in the future.

Sincerely
